Andrew Nittoli
(Talent Buyer | Production Manager | Audio Engineer | Producer)
Andrew is a musician, audio engineer, and talent buyer based in Rochester, NY.
Andrew moved to Philadelphia in 2009 to attend the University of the Arts, where he graduated in 2014 with a Masters Degree in Jazz Studies.
Andrew moved back to Rochester in 2019 after touring Europe with Spooky & The Truth, to be the Lead Talent Buyer/Production Manager at Water Street Music Hall until 2023. Currently, Andrew is talent buying at various venues in western NY and will be assisting in the reopening of The Main Street Armory.
Riley Fressie

Riley is an artist manager, talent buyer, and singer/songwriter currently residing in Rochester, NY.
Riley began studying music theory at the Eastman School of music in 2008 and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Music Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology from The University of The Arts in 2016.
Riley was the General Manager at Water Street Music Hall from 2019-2023 and is currently the lead project manager in-charge of reopening The Main Street Armory. In addition, Riley has managed touring bands, booked international tours, and has produced and recorded several full length albums.
Originally from the Rochester area, Riley and Andrew met in Philadelphia while attending college at University of The Arts. After graduation, the two were involved with several bands, recoring studios, and venues around the country, and quickly grew their experience in all facets of the music industry. In the fall of 2019, Andrew and Riley toured Europe where they played shows in seven countries from London to Bratislava. Upon releasing a number of albums as well as touring domestically/internationally, Andrew and Riley returned to Rochester to manage Water Street Music Hall.
Upstate Music Group is a boutique booking agency, promotion/management company, & recording facility based in Western NY.
Since 2019, UMG has promoted hundreds of concerts featuring artists such as King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Jack Harlow,
Ashanti, Danielle Ponder, Drive-By Truckers, The Wonder Years, Knocked Loose, The LOX and many more.
UMG also represents a variety of venues in New York State such as Essex, Main Street Armory, and Flour City Station. Based in Varysburg, NY - UMG resides in a cabin on a beautiful acre of land in Wyoming County. The ranch style cabin is tucked away on a wooded lot with a pond out front.
The cabin is home to the UMG recording studio that has an analog-digital setup with an open live room and separate control room.
Equipped with a Toft ATB 16 analog mixing console, 16-track Fostex E16 tape machine, UA LA-610, and much more to capture the essence and warmth of each and every musician and songwriter. Please visit the studio tab for a full list of equipment.
